Before returning
Write to us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are handled through Contact, not in an account, because there are no accounts on this site.
Condition
Return the piece in its original packaging and in the condition it arrived. We will confirm the return address by email.
One-of-one work
Original and one-of-one pieces can be returned under the same terms; each piece is unique, so we ask that you contact us first.
